DELIVERY


We aim to make sure your parcels are sent out as quickly as possible for you. We do try to get them dispatched the same day; failing that, it will be the next working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

At checkout, you will see options for delivery, which you will be able to choose from. Prices are shown at checkout after choosing your preferred delivery method.

EU Free Shipping on all orders over £180

USA & Canada Free shipping on all orders over £200

Asia Free Shipping on all orders over £400

UK & NORTHERN IRELAND SHIPPING

 

We have two courier options for you to choose from. Royal Mail and FedEx Express Next Day (please note FedEx is not available for Northern Ireland or the Scottish Islands; it is for the UK mainland only.)

 

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (flat rate at £4.95)

Delivery can take 2–4 business working days, including Saturdays, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

 

FedEx Express Next Day (from £10.50)

Guaranteed before 6 p.m. (not including weekends or public holidays).

If choosing FedEx, please provide a telephone number in case the courier needs to contact you. Failing this can result in a delay in your parcel reaching you.


EU & INTERNATONAL SHIPPING

 

Prices for shipping vary for different countries and services. It depends on the weight and the dimensions of the parcel. After adding products to your basket, you will be given the exact price at checkout. (Prices start from £9.99.)

 

Please note that all EU and international deliveries are subject to customs duty. All countries vary in their customs rules. Customs and duties are not included in your Ice Equestrian Ltd order, and we are not held responsible in regards to these fees. If the customs duty has been ignored or refused by the purchaser, this may result in the parcel being destroyed by customs authorities. Ice Equestrian Ltd does not issue refunds for unpaid duty charges or unclaimed parcels.


When placing your order, please provide your full name, address, email, and telephone number. Please make sure you leave the correct information for us to be able to track your parcel. We always advise leaving a mobile number, just in case the courier needs to contact you regarding your parcel.

You will be sent an acknowledgement email from Ice Equestrian Ltd once you have placed your order, followed by a further email from us with your tracking once your order has been collected from us by the courier.

 

We always advise you to keep an eye on your tracking. If using FedEx as your chosen courier, they require a telephone number where your tracking updates will be sent to your mobile phone, which shows the progress of your shipment.

 

All parcels are fully tracked.

Delivery times vary for different countries


FedEx for the EU, may take 3-5 working days after leaving the UK. (all excluding public holidays)

International worldwide shipping can take 3-5 working days after leaving the UK.
